Fairfield Inn & Suites Jacksonville Airport

Friendly Staff, and Front Desk, Warm choc chip cookies at Front Desk was a nice touch. Room was clean and well appointed. Breakfast was very good, Convenient area close to Rte I-95 exit.

When we arrived there was a lot going on. Lots of flights had been cancelled and the front dest was bombarded with people, calls, etc. Your desk attendant, Angelina, was the best ever. No matter how much chaos was going on all around her, she kept her cool, servicing everyone with a big smile on her face. Even the people calling had to be able to hear in her voice how well prepared and capable she was. If I could rate her on a scale of 1 to 10, she would definetly be a 50. Please let her know that she made a wonderful impression on 4 very weary travelers. If we ever come to Jacksonville again, your hotel will be our Number 1 choice. By the way, this hotel was recommended to us by a frequent cruiser who stays there a lot.

The staff was very friendly all but the woman who was doing the breakfast on Saturday morning. Not the new one the other one

I like the close proximity to the airport, good layover to catch cruise ship, lovely rooms and quite spacious, comfortable bed and nice shower, also love the laundry facilities provided along with an area to print boarding passes for guests, nice restaurants in the area, Ruby Tuesday, a Steakhouse and Denny's...all within walking distance.

It was clean the staff at check in and check out were very nice, professional and the only ones I engaged in my over night stay.
